17th February 2015 I've had great service from these guys. It's a shame others haven't had good service. I found the customer service to be excellent and the glasses and prescription service as good as the high street and much cheaper. Would always recommend and use again.

31st August 2012 Terrible customer service, like Golferman01, received notification that what they had sold me wasn't in stock about two weeks after hearing nothing from them following the transaction.
Made several inquiries as to how long until they would arrive to receive a generic and impersonal email every time which didn't answer my question. Finally made a complaint only to receive another generic and impersonal email which didn't answer any of my questions or provide any explanation as to why I was receiving such abysmal service.
Don buy off smart buy, I still haven't got my glasses as of today, two months after I made the order.

14th March 2012 I had no problem with these guys. Sunnies received 5 days after my order! And the quality is beyond perfection. didn't even have to contact customer service.

6th October 2011 Absolutely Awful - this company is fraudulent and is a scam!! I ordered a pair of sunglasses, my credit card was charged $350 for them immediately, after 2 weeks of hearing nothing, I eventually had an email back saying they were not in stock. After reading many similar reviews to this one on the internet I demanded a refund. Surprise Surprise I have not had any refund. Please, buyer beware, this company will steal your money and lie to you. Also, it is a Chinese company masquerading as a NZ company.
