Spacious 3 bedroom home, family friendly with stunning rural views. All mod cons incl dishwasher also log burner. 7 mins walk to beach and award winning "Fleurs" restaurant. See the Penguins; seals and go for walks with breathtaking views.

ROOM LAYOUT- 1st- king and single bunks, 2nd- 2 queen beds, 3rd- double bed with single bunk on top and single bed. Living room- fold out sofa.

WOOD FOR FIRE- Is stored in wood boxes attached to house out back door.

FILLETING BAY- There is a DIY filleting bay attached to the garage across in the paddock. A hose extends to the tap under the stairs in the wood box at the back door.

FLEURS- Walk approx 7 mins down hill for keen walkers- not so keen may not enjoy walking back up!

PENGUINS WALK- By the lighthouse. Go down to the viewing cabin or turn right at fence line before cabin and walk by the fence and go along hill (old pa), you may see them up close.
