29th June 2011 Wonderful service from both the people in the kitchen and waiter. They were very friendly to us and welcoming (even when we had not booked). The food itself was DEVINE; most delicious woodfired pizza we have both ever had, made with a perfect base and the toppings were generous. Cookies and cream dessert lovely to end the meal with. I definitely recommend this sweet little restaurant!

2nd November 2012 Worst customer service.I bought a groupon voucher and I just want a take away so I went without booking. The moment I said I had a deal voucher did you ring, phone bla bla...I Then he told me the chef had gone and the time was 8.15 pm. I also believed them I returned then I noticed they are open till 9pm. Then I went back and asked but still he was adamant saying that the chef had gone..
I told him that I want a takeaway that's why I didn't call and then he started saying I can't give away the alcohol. So I told him a juice will do for me. Finally he took the order and gave the food..The CHEF is inside only..He is a liar...Won't even think of going back again..

20th August 2011 Terrible. These guys dont know what they're doing. We tried them out 4 times (thinking the first few screw-ups and bad service were because they were new), each time they screwed up our orders and took forever to sort them out. The pizzas are also way overpriced i'd rather eat a crummy supermerket pizza. Dont bother; go to Epolitos in Oranga or Pizza Amore cafe down the road!

12th January 2011 We must have been one of their first customers (3rd Nov) Ordered the bread and dips to start and told they had no dips yet so we just had the bread and were still charged the full price anyway ! The salads were OK, (chosen in desperation as the other choices made from the menu were not available yet either !)and we also ordered a pizza which was placed on the table with no side plates, napkins or cutlery ! It was so bland we said we would have it takeaway,Put extra cheese on it at home and it was edible. Not a good experience and not likely to return.

28th December 2010 Been twice now as thought first time bad service was due to new operation.
Ordered a takeaway pizza with no mushrooms - got home to find it plastered in mushrooms. Phoned them to ask for another to be made and got abused by person who said they were the owner. Told me she couldnt be responsible for her staff!
Went back to pick up the "new order with no mushrooms", and this time it had no salami. Stood there to ask why and they took cold salami out and sprinkled it on. When I asked if it could be cooked? they were quite surprised.
Lets hope they pick up their act - as a local I would eat there, however after a couple of months they still have no idea!

11th December 2010 I LOVED the wood fired pizza, Lil'e Roma has a briliant atmosphere and great service. The garlic bread was really nice as well. I am definitely recomending Lil'e Roma to my friends!

29th November 2010 Bad Service, extremely LONG wait time, average pizza. Lil'e Roma may be new, but they sure have a lot of work to do. I won't be returning.
