My name is James Baxter, I am a classically trained guitarist offering tuition for a variety of styles including theory and bass. I live in the Otumoetai area of Tauranga where I give private 1 on 1 lessons and have been doing so for 18 years. I also have a love of composition and write my own cinematic orchestral pieces. Everyone has a different way and pace of learning with different strengths and so I treat each student with this in mind. One of my aims is to get my students to play they're favourite songs as soon as possible and to make the learning process as enjoyable and inspirational as possible.
