The Journey is a safe and gently guided therapeutic technique which helps you open into a deep state of awareness, giving you access to your body(TM)s infinite wisdom. This allows the body to elicit its own healing power. It enables you to gain direct access, at a cellular level, to the root cause of blockages that show up in your life in various ways. This can be a powerful healing process.

I am located in the Auckland area, approximately 15 minutes drive west of the North Shore and 25 minutes drive northwest from Auckland CBD.
