19th February 2013 Very poor service.
After long deciding what to have from the menu, I went to the bar to place our orders...this is because no staff is attending to us. Surprisingly, the woman behind the bar asked me to return to our table and wait for someone to take our orders. And so we wait. After 30 minutes, I noticed that some customers (3 separate groups) who came in later than us was being attended to! The staff even brought coloring pens for their kids...but none for my daughter! This really makes me furious. It came to my attention that all staff and customers are European descent customers at that time...except us. Can't the staff notice customers of different skin color? I went to the bar again and brought this to their attention. The same woman behind the bar says she will personally get our orders...after she finished preparing the drinks of other customers! Not even an apology!
Anyways, the damage is done.
And so we left and went to the other restaurant just right across, Bin 44. As usual, just like other Kiwi restaurant we went to, we were provided with excellent food, very friendly and professional service. The same thing with Hippotamus were we had our brunch the other day.
