Ballarat Trading Company is, as the name suggests, based upon the original 1850's trading emporiums. Adorned with old portraits, wall lamps and leather furniture, one can't help but feel they've stepped back in time when entering this restaurant. The place is stylish and cute at the same time, the decor alone is worth a peak.
With it's leather dining booths, taxidermy bears and Antique Ski's, Ballarat offers a rather unique dining experience. A friendly and relaxed gastro pub, Ballarat Trading Company is the perfect place for all occasions. A private room is availble for functions, it seats 25 people and is styled like the rest of the restaurant.
On the Ballarat menu, are classic dishes such as the 'retro prawn and crab cocktail', fish n chips served with Ballarat Trading Company's very own Tartare sauce. And to top it all off, Ballarat make their own Vanilla Ice cream for dessert. It's well worth saving room for.
