David Welsh is the Tourpiper, a World Champion and Professional Bagpiper based in Wellington, New Zealand with over 20 years of experience. I provide private bagpipe tuition, help and advice with your pipe band, and of course the wonderful sound of the Great Highland Bagpipe at your special event.

I hail from Scotland and have travelled worldwide with this wonderful instrument; I provide personalised, top class bagpipe tuition to pipers and pipe bands of all levels and would love to help you reach your goal and most of all - have fun!

I am also a "Wedding Piper" - available for those special events which cry out for the sound of the bagpipes, this also includes Birthdays, Anniversaries or any other occasion.

For those sadder times I am also available to add a stirring yet sympathetic touch to a Funeral.
