Bouncing Bubs (6 months to 12 months)
This programme is designed to be a fun filled 30 minute session in which babies are encouraged to explore exercise and stretching through crawling, rolling, running, balancing, sliding, throwing, catching and eye/hand co-ordination with a variety of different equipment at their own pace. Children learn the basic fundamental movement skills through quality physical activities that encompass play, music and games.

Buzzy Bodies 2-3 Years
Super Kids (3yrs to 5yrs)
This programme is designed to be a fun filled 45 minute session. During the session children are encouraged to locomote, spring, crawl, walk, slide, run, jump, hop, skip, gallop, balance, rotate, throw, catch, kick and stretch at their own pace using a variety of equipment, games and music. These fundamental movements are the foundation or all sports. Children work towards certificates.
