7th February 2012 Fine dining restaurant, however meals did not reflect cost. $34 for Angus steak, fries and garlic butter. For this price, I expected hand cut chips. These were commercial and straight out of the freezer. No sauce or jus - only tomato sauce out of a bottle. In saying this, the steak was very nice, if a little on the rare side of medium rare. My meal was $29 and included chicken breast which was cooked beautifully, still moist, accompanied by 4 gourmet potatoes and a very tasty glaze. This restaurant must be making a hefty profit! I think at this price, salad or vegetables should be included, not extras at extra cost. We could have dined well elsewhere with dessert included at the price we paid. Noted service was great.
