This is the worst cafe experience I have ever had in New Zealand. I ordered nachos. The corn chips were stale, the mince was watery and the so called sour cream turned out to be cottage cheese..They must think that we wouldnt know what sour cream should taste like..I ordered tea, the grumpy girl asked if I was having milk and sugar with I said yes and she said to go and wait..waited and waited and then I went back to check, she had mixed the milk and the sugar with my tea and I told her that I thought they were going to serve the milk separate because I'd like to mix the milk to my liking..she argued and argued that it was my fault and I asked if she could just give me black tea instead and she said I had to pay the new tea..and still arguing that I was wrong..in the end another staff member gave me what I wanted..Worst customer service in the universe, worst nachos in the world.
