I had an underwhelming dining experience at Corvette yesterday. The wait staff were polite and friendly, but the place seemed understaffed. The glasses that were brought out were dirty, not just smudged, dirty. We waited for quite some time to receive our food which was less than impressive. I ordered the eggs benedict (usually a safe choice) the muffin was cold and showed no signs of having been toasted,and the poached eggs hard. Not brilliant for the $17.50 I was charged. Others in our group left disappointed. We weren't expecting top notch dining, but a little care and attention to detail wouldn't go astray.
