one of my favorite restaurants ever.the meals are massive and service is great.the theme and atmosphere of restaurant is really welcoming and feels great when your inside.would defiantly recommend going here for birthdays or any family occasion.

Girls night out. Booked the previous night and phone service was excellent. Was slightly concerned at start as took a bit to be seated. Once seated was served by a lovely young lady who looked after us most of the night with excellent service, restaurant was quite busy for a Wednesday night. All 4 meals where excellent and very large in fact to large to eat so arrange to take it home. Had read previous reviews and was slightly concerned. Will certainly go back and soon.

Out with a large group (15) when our meals eventually arrived after what seemed to be an extra long time, most of our group had an average meal with no obvious complaints apart from the toilets being in a state of disgust. The other 6 of us were let down with miscommunication between waitress and kitchen .3 meals missing a very important piece which would not have been ordered if had been made aware of this, compensation made by the offer of free beverages.The other 3 were very plain and dry burger meals. Not impressed and wont be going out of way to dine again there.

Tough one to rate. We were a party of 6. There were only 2 of us there (we arrived early) and the wait staff were very attentive. Once the rest of our party arrived (on time) we were ignored. Other tables were seated after us and had their orders taken before ours were. 25 minutes after we were seated I got the attention of one of the staff to please take our order, we already had to go to the bar to get ourselves a round of drinks prior to this and we were not told of any specials. The wait staff were very busy, could probably have had another wait person on, but still this is not good enough. The entrees came out 15 minutes later, we ordered the calamari between 2 of us which was plentiful and divine. Shortly after our plates were taken our mains came out which were fantastic also. The service we received once our food came out almost made up for the rocky start but some consistancy would have been great. Won't recommend or return.
