.We decided on giving becks another go after a disappointing experience in Oct last year. We were well surprised to see changes and all of which were positive. It was a obviously busy night and they did seem to be under staffed as service was a little on the slow side.The food we found was allot better then previously here and we found the Caesar salad was presented well in a flat bread basket:) I had the steak special which was a rip-eye with a whipped whisky butter(it was to die for ) well done becks. Good to see some positive changes.

One word, DISGUSTED. I am absolutely disgusted in the service we received from the manager, the waiters weren't that great either. The food was absolutely terrible and took 45 minutes to come out. I ordered the becks burger which is a beef burger. It came out with a piece of chicken stuck to the side of the beef pattie and the burger was dry and tasteless. My Aunty ordered the pork belly roast of the day, it came out with a chicken breast dumped on a few veges, she was not advised beforehand that she would be getting served chicken, good thing she isn't allergic!!! My mother and nana both ordered the lamb shanks and was told it came with 4 different types veges, it came out with just the lamb shank and pumpkin. We complained- I got my meal for free as I said there is no way I was paying for it. The rest of my family only got $5 off each of their meals and my mother got a free drink. When we went to pay I said this is not good enough and that we should at least get 50% off. The manager wouldn't budge, there wasn't even an apology. I will not return to this restaurant again and I recommend that everyone should save themselves the hassle that we have had to go through.
