UK Technical stylist Scott Cornwalls Colour B4 hair colour corrector will fix any hair colour mishaps - Fast!
It works by shrinking the artificial dye molecules in the hair, leaving your natural hair pigment untouched, so you end up with the shade you had before you began the colour job.
After Colour B4 has been applied the hair must be thoroughly rinsed and a cleansing agent applied to flush the dye molecules from the hair shaft. This takes a full 10 minutes.
If the hair has not been fully rinsed properly, the unwanted colour molecules will remain inside the hair and expand as oxygen enters the hair. The rinsing is crucial.
Most colour removers use bleach as their active ingredient. Bleach quickly rids hair of unwanted artificial colour, but unlike Colour B4, bleach rids the hair of the natural pigment too, so users will find that hair has lightened, or quite often to an unwanted orange colour. This lightening may be patchy, with the roots lighter than the ends. The hair is often left damaged and dry.
