We cover well accepted Time Management principals such as planning your day, prioritizing daily tasks, dealing with interruptions, goal setting. This includes a free follow up to your office to run through desk organization with individual participants.

This course is for sales support, sales representatives and customer service team members who make cold calls by phone/in person, or qualify leads for your business.
