I brought a grabone voucher for a mani/ ped & was a bit hesitate after seeing the reviews on this place but they were based on IPL treatments so I thought id give it a try. Pedi was from a bucket, no massage or scrub which for a pregnant lady is heaven on earth so I was disappointed. I upgraded to gels for $10, polish they use looks transparent on nail compared to the color in color chart. It took 2 hours in total & cost $22 for parking. The little shop was packed out with friends & not much attention was paid to clients. Pretty slack service. Do not recommend.

Like the review before, the place is dirty, should Auckland council know about it? I was there for IPL treatment and they gave me a kind of skirt to wear, not even a towel, that was very dirty and it 's very clear that they make every single person wear it. I hope people are more aware of reviews and don't make the mistake that I made going there thinking 'just because it is Auckland City it would be fine'1, wrong!

I bought this voucher from Groupon for hair removal. I am so upset about how they do business. The whole point of making an appointment is that people need to be on time. My fist time there was a disaster, they kept me waiting for more than one hour and in the end the machine wasn't even working. The second time there was the same, they still wanted me to wait for 30 mins+, even though I already made the appointment a week in advance. Furthermore, the place was not clean at all, they gave me a towel that had been used by someone else cos it was wet and the towel looked dirty. ewww, how disgusting was that. I asked the beautician to give me a clean towel in the end. I have been to other hair removal beauty salons, and none of them were like that. Think twice before you go there, I will never purchase their service ever again. Anonymous client
