With the experience and knowledge accumulated over the years in our careers, between the two of us we are a well trained team of hospitality professionals. We are devoted to delivering an exceptional culinary experience. We understand that special occasions are personal and unique. Our aim is to make the food aspect of your event memorable and stress free.
Blinc has an extensive compilation of menus or we are more than happy to design one that best suits your requirements. We can cater for a breakfast to late night supper and everything in between.
All of our food is prepared in our certified commercial kitchen at The Nelson Club in Selwyn place, Nelson.
