omg amazing service from the speed to which they replied after i requested service on their website to the amazing technician Rajesh he was so professional on time and extremely knowledgable. he was honest and speedy and did a perfect job thank you so very much! Hi-tech are high tech and saved me from the incompetent double priced Axial who couldn;t even give me a diagnosis

Very impressed with the service. We had a Beko washing machine brought over from the UK, not common in NZ. Rajesh was excellent, isolated the problem and fixed it in 45 minutes. The pricing was transparent (although exclusive of gst), they quoted the rates up front. I would use them again.

I was thoroughly impressed with Hi-Tech. Our service technician was called ?Rajeesh. We called them on a Sunday and they were able to see us on Monday. He very quickly figured out what went wrong (our filter had blown). He replaced the filter and gave the dishwasher a service (as well as educated me on what I was meant to be doing in terms of at-home maintainence - whoops!). Best of all he only took 30 mins and the fee was soooo reasonable. Will be keeping their detials and recommending to family and friends. Well done guys.

Took them a week long to replace my cooktop heating element, told me that it would cost $250 altogether during the diagnosis. Days later, after the job was done, they told me that I also have to pay $1 per minute for the labour. Unbelievable! Also, they charge me $160 for the element, when in fact only costs $30. Low rates and honest? I don't think so!

It was only within an hour since I booked until the service was provided. Rajesh fixed my Smeg oven so efficiently and the charge was so reasonable and transparent. I would definitely use them again for future applience problems. Highly recommended.
