There once was a christchurch plumber, lets call him John, he was a young man just starting out in his chosen career. As he learnt the right way and wrong way to complete each and every plumbing task he soon began to realise that his boss was not interested in playing nice with his customers. He was a "get in-get out" kind of a tradesman. His work ethic was very poorly and because of it he got very little repeat customers and so his business suffered. John noticed this happening very early on and made his number one goal in his own business to make sure that didnt happen to him. He has since adopted the rule that every single customer should be treated like royalty, because if it wasnt for them he wouldn't have a business. So that is how he has run his business for the last 20 years.
