I am an expert in lifting the lid on leadership by focusing on ethical business practice. I have held roles in the leading Financial Services, IT & Telecommunications companies in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, where I was employed as a senior consultant. In this time, I have developed a clear insight into the key areas that lead to a successful business.

I have been a user of John Maxwell's 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership training material since 1998 and have used these to develop a series of programmes to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability. By joining the John Maxwell Team, I now have a framework to achieve my vision.

In 2008, I gave up my corporate career to set up a political party to contest the national election in New Zealand, where I learned how to create a market brand, develop a Web site and promote it on a shoestring budget. More importantly, I understand how to motivate and lead volunteer workforces.

Combining John Maxwell's materials, blending in my experiences, coupled with extensive research of successful businessmen and their organisations has enabled me to develop a series of leadership development programmes that focus on ethical business practices to improve the sustainability of leadership pipelines.
