Great customer service. Driver of the shuttle was awesome! Have hired cars from most rental services in NZ in the past but after using A2B due to a last minute cancellation several years ago, I refuse to use any other service. Our trips to NZ are less stressful knowing that we are in good hands. Kia Kaha!

Very rude and unhelpful staff particulary the manager. Vehicles are really old and smell of urine, when requesting a change you get snarky comments like "this is what you get with a budget rental". Best to avoid them entirely

I came home to a tangi in Jan 2010, a family member recommended you - and I was so happy with the service I recommend you to all my family and friends here in Perth. I especially appreciated the shuttle service to airport and all your neat staff. Thank you
