Huntaway Lodge is an authentic rural hideaway just 25 km north of Wellington, New Zealand's capital City.
We built Huntaway Lodge using the traditional swedish cope method, the old fashioned way, using full round douglas fir logs.
At Huntaway, you will not only stay in a truely unique home, but you can experience the working of an Alpaca stud farm as well as the minagery of other farm animals.
At Huntaway you can enjoy many activities or just relax in front of our large open fire.
