Tais teaches public group belly dance classes at dance studios on the North Shore as well as in Central Auckland. Come along and enjoy the health benefits belly dancing can provide as well as having fun. And no you don't need to show your belly! First class is FREE - come and try!

As a professional entertainer, during her amazing performances Tais uses accessories such as shamadan (candelabrum), cane, wings, finger cymbals and veils. Tais's goal is to ensure you enjoy the performance(you can participate if interested) and that it provides a memorable experience for all and is suitable for all types of event:
