Work'n it Out is the Southern Regions Youth Transition Service. While many students will know what they want to do when they leave, not everyone does. Youth Co-ordinators can assist school leavers to decide on the direction they want to take, and help them get there. As part of this, the contact details of leaving students are given to Work’n it Out and students are contacted once they leave school. They will be asked if they know what they are doing and if they would like help. Those who don’t need help, will be contacted once each six months (if they agree) to ensure they are still on the track they thought they would be. Those who need help will be offered this free of charge. (Participation is voluntary). We support school leavers up until the age of 20.
