27th June 2009 Mark was wonderfully helpful over the phone when asked about an odd brand, that other appliance repair companies couldn't be bothered with. Not only was he willing to offer his advice free of charge, rather than rush us in to his shop or charge an over the top call out fee, his advice was right on the nail and we fixed the problem ourselves. I will take the trouble with all appliances from now on and deliver them to East Auckland rather than give any more work to the North Shore companies, that can't be bothered just take the call out fee and move on to the next one.
