Since we're 1st time home buyers who knew nothing about buying a house, we used Fairfax Valuation to help us find a good deal.

They were very professional but also just easy to deal with and they spoke plain English. In the end they helped us get a great deal on our 1st house and we paid $20,000 less than the market price thanks to their advice.

I definitely recommend them.

Very unhappy with unprofessional service, irrelevant comparative sales and very slow response. Definitely didn't like to be questioned and basically just disappeared. Nearly lost a property because of their valuation. Never use them
