Me and a girlfriend of mine went in to the branch in Bay fair Tauranga. I had a Coach brand coat that i bought from Australia. It is brand new and i left it in the car because i did not want to carry it around for shopping. I went into the shop and describe that my internal coat lining of about 4 cm need to be fix and would like to know the estimate cost i would be paying. The lady with blonde curly bombed looking hair looked at us with judgement and rudely tell us she could not tell us until we bring the coat in for her to see. If she is a professional, she would at least tell us what could be the minimum cost that might be charged. Arrogant staff and she has just put off a potential customer. Not professional.
