1st March 2018 Was promised, and paid for, overnight delivery as was need to take back to the UK 5 days later. Parcel took 7 days to arrive. Too late for my niece as she had already returned to the UK. Contacted lady at shop who said to return it and she would give a full refund. However, on returning the item she decided that we should forfeit the $15.00 overnight freight charge as we had returned the goods (ON HER INSTRUCTIONS!) Advised her, according to Consumer, I was entitled to a refund in full, including freight, as my contract was with her for overnight delivery. She then slammed the phone down. Had I known it would not be an overnight delivery, which I paid for, (or even a couple of days would have been OK), I would not have ordered the goods, and would have saved my niece $78.00. Needless to say, I can't recommend and won't be going there again! Total waste of time and money. They could do much better to improve their service.
