20th May 2011 Ordered on line - it confirmed and gave me a pick up time. Arrived to collect and it had not been processed. Instead of apologising the lady at the counter implied I had made a mistake, "there's nothing I can do about it" was the response and she was hesitant to offer any form of assistance or a solution. Disappointing when we've had such great service and product here before!
