21st February 2011 I have to say even half a star is probibly being very generous. The customer service here is shocking, when unable to order on the website with a voucher I had. I called into the store, they also did not know how the website worked so couldn't help me, however would not take my order unless it was done online. I left with no pizza. We tried again to order online, but it kept crashing so I phoned again, spoke with the manager who would not take my order, he yelled at me that he did not have time for this, I asked for the Head office no to see what we could do, he said he did not have it they only email. Eventually he hung up on me. I went there at 7pm we still had no Pizza at 8.40pm.
We tried the Highland Park branch instead by phone they were more than helpfull and the pizza was ready on my arrival.
