Have dealt with Oh NO Computer Repairs for many years now and have only ever had excellent and positive service. This is very rare in the tech world! He looks after my Mac as well as our shop PC. Since he started servicing the Mac it has run like a dream. We're Wellington based and I send my Mac down to Oh No because I know the job will get done well. I recommend these guys 100%!!

Fast, efficient and honest service. Mark initially addressed problems with our home computer and his service led us to ask him to set up our office at work. Mark has been more than helpful with our computing queries and is always here promptly if we want to make any changes to our systems. We highly recommend Ohno!

Amazing!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Super fast response to emails/txts and so friendly, fixed my mac in a day after having a beer spilled on it! Thanks sooo much!!! I rate these guys big time! 5 out of 5!!!

I agree with all the other people. Mark was really fast responding to my email, called me and arrived the same day. He fixed the problem and I was pleased with the total cost. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Fantastic service, reasonable pricing and really clear explanations of the issues involved. I rang OhNo! at about 4pm on Friday afternoon and had my machine back by Sun morning! (was picked up and dropped off as part of the service). My iMac hard drive was completely shot and needed to be replaced. Mark explained the issues and solutions very clearly and offered some possible solutions. In the end he installed a new hard drive of better quality at a very reasonable price. Very personable and professional with a great knowledge of both Macs and PCs, which is a bonus. I would certainly use OhNo! again and would definitely recommend them to anyone else. Cheers, Alan

These guys are fast, 1/2 the price of everyone else and are excellent with sound professional advise. If no one else can fix it, these guys can. THEY UNDERSTAND YOUR SITUATION without confusing it with computer mumbo jumbo and making it sound too difficult. Thanks guys!

I contacted OhNo! computing about a cooked motherboard on my HP laptop, and dealt with Mark, who I found very approachable. Mark was happy to spend time discussing various options for solutions, and I received prompt, well-informed, and pro-active responses to all my queries. Mark was able to resurrect my laptop for a reasonable price. Subsequently I've had an old sports club laptop serviced by OhNo! and had a new PC built - at a price competitive with large on-line sellers, but with better qualtiy and service. I recommended OhNo! computing to a couple of friends, who both made very positive comments about the service. I will continue to use OhNo!

We sent Mark an S.O.S after our business laptop failed. Mark's arrived at the time he said he would and gave an honest assesment of our problem and offered us a couple of solutions. We followed his advise and have never looked back. He was extremley helpful and very knowledgable. We will have no hesitation in using him again and have recommended his services since. We think hes better than 5 out of 5!! Thanks again Mark Lily and Dwight

For an older computer user like me, Mark was courteous, prompt, did what he said he would do, did not "put me down" for my ignorance, reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

I brought a second hand MAC ibook and was experiencing some problems, when I contacted ohno I thought I w3as going to have a very large bill and for Mark to say there was nothing they could do. But 2 days later my laptop was fixed and as good as new, with new software. The bill was extremely reasonable. I would definitely use these guys again and recommend to anyone with computer issues

I have had a few different people repair/fix my computer problems over the years, but since getting Mark from Oh No Computer Repairs to fix my daughters laptop after everything was lost - all her assessment work for Year 13 PE I know I will never be going anywhere else. His service was very fast and he recovered a couple of files - we thought everything was lost forever. He repaired the laptop and added another drive and the price was very reasonable. My house has 2 laptops and a desktop - so we will be requiring his service on a regular basis. Thanks Sharon
