1st July 2012 2 adults & 2 children from CHCH - unfortunately our experience here was terrible. It was Buffet menu night, but staff couldnt tell us the meal pricings while booking - we booked anyway. We were seated, the waiter was unorganised, having to come back & fourth while ordering. The kids menu was avaliable which was good. My mother & I were told to help ourselves to the the buffet but we decided to wait for kids meals 1st - they arrived fast, but then we were told that we had to pay first! What the hell?-tell us that before you seat us & before you tell us to help ourselves! We waited at bar to order a drink, but after 10mins of no service, we sat back down & instead asked the waiter - he asked us to please go up to bar. So we went to a 2nd bar that was set up, but their eftpos was not working. We had to go back to the other bar, which was buzy on the non-restaurant side, & finally got served after much pissing around. When we went to get the buffet meal, there wasn't much food left but we took what we could, thinking that we would be allowed seconds. But when we finished that we were told we were only allowed one plate - $30 a head for what?-leftovers? We were given some dessert - which no-one told us about - which was actually quite nice. To be fair it was a buzy night with some function on, but the service that we recieved was appauling and embarrasing - a HUGE disappointment! Will never go back.

21st April 2009 Staff great. Management need to get real. There children were running a muck through the entire complex whilst they dined in the restaurant insisting that they be served before all other tables. It was disgusting will never go there unless there is a change in management.
