17th May 2016 If I could put zero stars I would! I had a cross stitch framed there about 18 months ago. It took over 6 weeks of me going back in to find out what was going on. When I got it, the frame was very lightweight cheap painted wood. They had recommended a polycarbonate instead of glass so there would be no reflection. I did question if this would deaden the image, and they were insistent that it wouldn't so I trusted them. WRONG! Since then I have used Factory Frames on Apollo Drive, where the service and quality is fantastic. I took the cross stitch in question to be reframed, and they were disgusted. The frame was glued, not nailed. The cross stitch was not stretched properly, and they had TAPED the matt to the cross stitch! Cheap (but expensive), nasty work.
