The Welcome Swallow is a hostel lodge and campground set in 27 acres of native bush. A hidden valley paradise with tree ferns and birds in abundance.
The hostel provides a large comfortable living area and accommodation in beautiful cabins overlooking the valley.
The campground at the bottom of the valley has hot showers, flushing toilets, a kitchen and a campfire for you to enjoy.
Set in wild subtropical forest yet only 10 minutes from amazing sandy beaches. Local activities include diving the Rainbow Warrior wreck, fishing, surfing, snorkeling and of course bush walks. In the evening soak under the stars in the hot tub and enjoy a cold beer round the camp fire.

We offer lovely rooms with beautiful views over the tops of tree ferns. The Lodge has a big kitchen and lounge with inside and outside dining. There is also a cosy fire and a place to plug in your mp3 player or ipod for some tunes. The campsite has toilets and hot showers and a seated campfire circle. Campervans can park up in a wonderful setting. We also have two powered sites. The whole property is on spring water and there is a swim hole, river and fire heated hot tub.
