The above review is spot on. We have stayed here too, and was everything we read about and more. The area is so beautiful, with all the orchards, its like being in your own little world. The National Park and the water taxi trips should be more widely promoted. Fortunately for us the owners were very helpful with brochures and local knowledge and this area that is so natural and "untouristy" was one of the highlights of our trip. I would recoomend the chalets to anyone, they were really great.

Just returned from visiting the Abel Tasman National Park, and stayed at these chalets which are so close to the Park. They are new, very roomy, extremely clean with huge LCD Tv's and everything you could want. The sea view down the valley is breathtaking and it is really quiet, and so cosy and warm, we loved it. The owners were very helpful with heaps of local info and the price was very reasonable, great value. We will be staying again to do some more walks.
