Hard review to write after 3 years of great service - but it all fell apart at the end... While they are very nice during the sale and within the new-car warranty after the 3-year warranty is done the service is quite different. Got the feeling they want to make money multiples times on the same vehicle. Service quite pricey by comparison to others and the complimentary car cleaning suddenly stopped. Also the buy-back from their used-car guy was a good 9K below an independent valuation and more than 5K below what other dealers would offer. Come on - you've already made a good profit on this car when sold as new - do you really need to make a profit off me again an again and again ?? My suggestion - try another BMW dealer because if you pay luxury prices you expect luxury service.
