Become flexible in body and mind, strengthen, and let go using the ujjayi breath.
Vinyasa (flowing) yoga is the main class content with lots of stretching and some Pilates movements for core muscles to support the whole body. Classes are held in Ponsonby, Grey Lynn and Herne Bay, and are small and suitable for beginners as well as the more proficient yogi.
The first class you attend as a newcomer in 2009 will be FREE!
