Kiwi Garden Collars

* Made of 195x20 mm planed solid white wood boards (Scandinavian spruce) and specially designed galvanized steel hinges that lock collars in place firmly;

* Reconnect the sides into various configurations: square, rectangle, hexagon, even triangle if you wish!
* Light and sturdy - ONLY 9 kg each.
* Heat Treated (better durability without chemicals), Kiln Dried, Debarked. ISPM 15 certified. The timber comes from sustainably managed forests.
* A collar is a COMPLETE FRAME: 4 boards interconnected with 4 hinges.

Fill up the bottom collar with soil, stack another one on top of it - you'll get a protected environment for your seedlings/young vegetables. Once they have grown strong, remove the top collar and use it as another bed, or leave it as it is.

To keep the wood in good shape for a long time you might consider coating the collars with an eco-friendly coating like Linseed oil (adding pigment for colour). Some people simply use building paper for lining. Thus protected garden collars will serve you for many years. It is also good to swap collars when rebuilding your gardens/raised beds (top with bottom).

Normally, the collars are shipped flat packed 4pcs per bundle (36 kg), what works our best considering the freight costs.
