Francis did a great job today. He came in found the source of our leak and fixed the problem swiftly. It was excellent service from the first phone call right thru to the end job. I Highly recommend them.

Francis turned up as advised and within the arranged time. Thorough and a real professional taking great care with every single detail making sure safety was paramount at all times. By far the best service from a trades person I've received in recent times.

Francis did a great job and was very switched on to the safety aspects of our situation,pointing out what we had to remedy ourselves.The end result was he could give us a gas cert after the work was done and it was completed quickly.HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

Great service. It was few days before Xmas so I wasn't expecting any miracles. Francis turned up that same day, on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Very grateful to get the hot water up and running quickly! Thoroughly recommend BT.

We had two different problems and as a consequence both Jordan and Ben attended at different times. They were both fantastic very efficient and are good communicators. They are a credit to BT.

We had great service from BT Plumbing. Dylan was helpful and prompt and he and Luke quickly sorted out our requirements and gave us helpful advice. They were very obliging in fitting work around our consult times so that there was no disruption to our clinic and clients. Thanks so much for a great job.

The first plumber they set out wasn't much chop. He turned up and didn't have any parts or pipe to undertake the job. However they then sent Fancies and Luke, and they were very good, and they were able to sort the small but tricky project out no hassles. Have used them on a number of occasions and will use them again.

A great service from start to finish. A time slot was booked to repair my leaky spouting. Francis arrived at the allotted time and after giving a clear explanation of what needed to be done he set about fixing the problem. I am very satisfied that I received a very professional service as well as excellent customer experience. Thanks BT

I had a "behind the walls/in the ceiling" small gas leak. Francis arrived on time and with patience tracked it down and fixed it in a couple of hours. I had visions of holes everywhere but damage was minimal. Highly recommendable and I'd use again.

Getting a plumber at 3pm on the 31st of December is probably not going to be easy. I called two others who advertised the whole 24/7/365 thing, but they weren't available. (Funny that.) These guys got back to me within 10 minutes, and 'Jordan' was out within an hour, done in another 45. It cost a bit extra for the emergency call-out, because of the time/date, and because I'm in Epsom and they're out west, but they were up front about that on the phone. Have waited five days before posting to ensure the work's solid: no problems since. Would absolutely use again.

Excellent service, very professional response time. I am particularly impressed by the fact that I was notified when there was a slight delay in the expected arrival time. (This excellence customer service is in stark contrast to the 3 prior plumbing services I contacted.) I am certainly keeping BT's business card for future reference, and will recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks, BT!

Glovers Real-Estate We Manage Rental properties and have a lot of plumbing maintenance work to be done. We have the confidence to ring Bruce discuss the job and forget it, in the knowledge that it will be done as soon as possible, and in a professional manner. If there are issues, we are always consulted before the work proceeds. We are answerable to Landlords, so have to have permission to complete work at the most reasonable cost. We never have to follow Bruce and the team up. The communication is always there up front. If need be Bruce will come into the office and explain finer details of a job, or if necessary justify price and if needed negotiate. We need this reliable relationship so that we may get on to more important things in the day. Lorraine
