Eastern Philosophy Discussion Group

Do you have an interest in the many Wise and Ancient Teachings from the East?
If you do then you might like to come along to one of our regular discussion groups.

At each meeting we read and explore ancient books such as the Tao Te Ching, Buddhist and Zen Sutras and Confucian Texts.
Then as a group try to come to a deeper understanding of the profound messages that these teachings hold.

Group discussion can offer alot more to the reader than just studying alone as you have the advantage of hearing the wisdom, perspective and experience of
each member of the group.
I am sure that during each meeting you will leave with a much deeper sence of understanding than when you arrived.

At the moment our meetings are held monthly at the Ellerslie Community Centre on Thursday nights, but check out the website because as interest grows
more meeting times are likely.
