7th July 2017 utter incompetence and horribly rude staff. After 3 months they finally got around to booking my bike in, but refused a loan car because they were all booked out (the appointment was 3 weeks away at this point) The woman on the desk has the worst customer service I've experienced in a very very long time, seemingly thinks it's normal for someone to wait 3 months to have a very minor job done, and that maybe I should thank her for bothering to book it in at all. The work was to replace an indicator, a brake lever and touch up some minor scratches. They touched up the paint ok, and replaced the indicator ... but no brake lever. I'll bet they still try and charge for the full amount they quoted as well. Probably not through trying to be sly, or do one over on anyone, but just because of their utter incompetence.
You're better off having your vehicle repaired by a chipmunk with a hammer, you'll get what you expect and probably just as good a job as these people could do. The chipmunk would offer better customer service as well, definitely a win, win.
