If you would prefer hand reflexology this also is very effective, especially for people suffering from repetitive strain type problems in their wrists or arms. Also great for those who want the benefits of reflexology but don't like having their feet touched!
For every individual the effect of the treatment is unique. The treatment will last approximately 1 hour unless otherwise specified.
