TEAM STRUCTURE
PRONET divisions work together to provide a complete services model for advanced network administration and management.

PRONET front line teams encompass Project, Technical Services, Business Development and Service Desk personnel.

PRONET Project and Technical Service team members frequent scheduled training, and are required to achieve the Microsoft Certified System Engineers certification. PRONET use a primary/secondary engineer pairing system while distributing specialist product training - this ensures PRONET staff have site-specific and product knowledge redundancy. With regard to design, implementation and support all PRONET engineers have significant experience with the majority of products implemented. PRONET Project teams provide escalation support to our Technical Services and Service Desk personnel, in instances where technical expertise may be limited.
