We have used The Good Home Property Management for a number of years to manage our properties. Always helpful and prepared to go the extra mile for their clients we have found their service to be of a very high standard and would not hesitate to recommend them. The best thing we ever did for our rent portfolio was change to The Good Home Property Management.

Our charges are a commission of 7.6% plus GST and a $99.00 charge for advertising a property for rent including photography.

(Payment by deduction from first rent collected, NO upfront payments required).
