25th November 2015 Had a bad experience when we were in New Zealand. Guy who runs this "business" took it upon himself to insult my wife for being unable to hear him when she was parking her car, even though she had an appointment with him. He refused to fulfill his promise of doing a job simply because he got angry when she couldn't hear him about where to park the car because she is hard of hearing.
There was no good place to park it as you are expected to drive it off a VERY busy road onto his private driveway where he apparently doesn't want customers to park despite there being no where else as the road outside is covered in yellow lines (you can't park on yellow lines in New Zealand")Anyway he was very rude and had her nealy in tears over his bigotry towards the deaf community. .
