We used Ibex Marketing for a short telemarketing campaign late last year. The campaign produced for us several qualified prospects and booked a series of appointments for me. The information I received back from Ibex about the clients was comprehensive and detailed exactly what took place on the phone.

When I visited these prospects they were happy to see me and some of them even commented on the professionalism of the appointment setters.

I have used telemarketers in the past and have often been disappointed with the results.

Ibex really know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional telemarketers. Thanks to Murray, Becky and the team for a great job!

We used Ibex Marketing for new client lead acquisition last year and it simply works. Targeted lead calling can be very time consuming and requires experience so having an outsourced team to manage this for us was a good investment and we saw the ROI within three weeks. Well done guys.
