11th November 2020 Is it possible to give minus 5 stars? Another unhappy kiwi here. Happy Kiwi spas as owned by the Sprostons is a company that feels it is okay to rip people off. They are dishonest people, their products are poor quality, and so is their service. I would not deal with these people again.

3rd August 2012 This is one not very Happy Kiwi. We have had enormous trouble with our spa we purchased from this company, not to mention the staff. We have had to replace numerous parts, the spa lid twice and had to deal with non existent customer service. They are inflexible and basically care very little about their product or customer relations once the $ is in the bank. I would not recommend the product or the company.
