Fat Man Slim training is based around boxing exercises using free standing boxing bags and weight training. Fat Man Slim training classes are for all fitness levels - every participant is taught basic boxing techniques as we have found that up to 80% of our men have never boxed before.
Fat Man Slim also offers weight training classes to build muscle and increase your lean muscle mass. All of our classes incorporate plenty of press ups, chest and abdominal workouts to help slim the gut and build the pectoral muscles.
All classes are fully supervised with experienced trainers and each individual is pushed depending on his fitness and strength ability.
During the Fat Man Slim program all participants are monitored and helped all along the way with advice and support given throughout the six weeks.

Ive done 2 of these courses. They are great. Lost 14.9kg on the first 6 week course, 12.1kg on the second 6 week course. Recommended for all the big fellas out there with lots of weight to lose and high blood pressure (my BP was 145/92 when i started, 126/80 when i finished) Boxing, weights and cardio - best decision i ever made.
