We didn't actually use Tyson Roofing as such but following a shocker of a building inspection report (following making a conditional offer on a unit we planned to buy) the building inspector recommended we contact a roofing specialist to give us expert advice on the extent of the problems with the roof. At the BI's recommendation I contacted Chris at Tyson Roofing and explained our situation. Chris was kind enough to send out one of his team to do a measure up and quote to replace the recently replaced (!!) leaking, corroding and poorly installed roof, guttering and spouting. Within a very tight time frame Chris was able to provide us with a quote to replace the roof etc and also a detailed summary of the issues they found with it. Thankfully the sale didn't go ahead and so unfortunately for Tyson's, they didn't get the job on this occasion. They do, however, have our highest recommendation for their expertise, professionalism, reliability and their willingness to go the extra mile: all at no cost to us. For the record, had we have gone ahead with the house purchase we would not have sought any further quotes etc, we would have happily hired Tyson's on the spot.
